These terms govern the TechnoDay online store, order requests and confirmation, delivery, payment, warranty service, returns, claims and customer communication.
1. Trader
The TechnoDay website and online store are operated by DIAG IMPORT OOD, EIK 208694404. I MOTO EOOD is a trusted partner that may assist with specific orders, availability, delivery, documents, warranty and after-sales support without limiting customer rights. 2. Product information
TechnoDay makes reasonable efforts to keep titles, images, descriptions, specifications, options, prices and availability clear and current. Used equipment may have normal cosmetic signs of use. Product grade and condition form part of the purchase information. Images may represent the model; material differences may be clarified before dispatch. Selected RAM, SSD, operating system, battery, bag, cable or other options are calculated on the product page and/or in the cart.
3. Orders
An online order is a purchase request. TechnoDay checks availability, final configuration, price, delivery and contact details before dispatch. A request may be refused or require confirmation where there is an obvious technical error, incorrect price, no stock, incomplete data, suspected abuse or inability to deliver.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in EUR. Any BGN equivalent uses EUR 1 = BGN 1.95583. The main payment method is cash on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery
Delivery is by courier to an office or address selected at checkout. The term, price and method are confirmed before dispatch; see Delivery and payment.
6. Withdrawal and returns
Consumers may notify withdrawal within the applicable legal period. The product must be returned in a condition that allows inspection, with available accessories and documents; see Returns and exchanges.
7. Warranty and claims
The warranty period and conditions are product-specific. Commercial warranty does not limit statutory consumer rights; see Warranty and claims.
8–10. Invoices, privacy and changes
Correct company details must be provided before invoicing. Personal data is processed only as needed for orders, delivery, invoicing, communication, warranty, security and legal obligations. Current terms are published on this page and may be updated when the site, services, courier conditions or applicable rules change.
